Hilarious Definitions of All Caps, cusses and lowdown. Check them out!

If your supervisor cusses you and other employees in “ALL CAPS”, where is the leadership in that? A Gladiator Leader recognizes opportunity. With proper preparation and timing that supervisory position or an even better job can be yours. ALL CAP, Cusses and Lowdown: In preparing the above statement to blog, I decided to research the definition of “ALL CAPS” on the internet. Before my internet research, I am thinking the above blog statement says, “If the supervisor cusses you and other employees in “ALL Caps” (Screams the cusses), where is the leadership in that?

The Urban Dictionary proved a Hilarious Resource. I recommend that you look up the definitions in the order that I did: ALL CAPS, cusses and lowdown. I am certain the next time you want to understand what someone says to you and or in your presence, you will consult the Urban Dictionary as an alternate resource for “specific and related words” definitions before drawing your conclusions.

A. K. Hasan is Author of Gladiator Leaders: Don't Drink the Laced Drink A. K. Hasan is a leadership anomaly. His “Unconform” approach to leadership led to his election to a school board at twenty-six years old. He was the youngest person ever elected to serve on that board. At twenty-seven, he was elected president of the board. He was the first African American elected and youngest ever to serve as president. Hasan was later elected to a city council. After sixteen years outside politics and the limelight, he reemerged and was elected to a one-year term on the school board. Prior to Hasan being elected to public office, he navigated a number of obstacles as a community activist. He emerged as the key community spokesperson against and later for magnet schools. He remains an avid advocate for magnet schools to this day. Each of the three magnet schools Hasan helped to create has earned a number-one ranking among magnet schools in the United States.
